Welcome to Fabrique des Lumières. Overtones and projections draw you into an inspired state, then gentle movement shakes off the day, relieving body and mind.
Breathing that creates space to rest: resting in aliveness, from a place of expansion rather than exhaustion.
Nidra means deep sleep. Guided, you rest at the threshold of sleep while staying aware, and the whole system restores.
Mantras and chants sung live by Fantine, to ground you and send you home inspired.

A Brazilian artist and former Sony Music pop artist, Fantine toured Brazil with Rouge before turning her voice inward. She has taught yoga since 2011, trained in India, and today leads Yin, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa and Hatha in The Hague.
Her roots in ballet, athletics and circus arts give her teaching a rare body intelligence; her album Flesh and Soul gives it a voice. At Nidra Nights she brings both together.

This is an offline evening. We will be immersed in art, in deep rest and chants. We create the space together, so come as you are and bring your loved ones.
