Two evenings to rest.
Two mornings to rise.
A Berlin September, held between candlelight and sunrise: gentle yoga, yoga nidra, live music and the park at dawn, with Fantine Tho.
Hello, Berlin. I'm arriving this September as a guest, on my way to a VTP training with Krishi at the new Art of Living Center in Berlin — it was about time, and I'm so excited — and I've taken the liberty to create an evening and morning program for us to connect and enjoy together.
I'm here to invite you for an evening of Gentle Flow, Yoga Nidra, live music and a Golden Latte to go, plus a sunrise morning of movement in the park. Isn't it the best way to make the most of wherever we go? Real time with the local people and the local nature, in conscious movement and contemplation. That's my idea of fun, at least. Come to one, or come to both, and find out how you can be part of it. Looking forward to seeing you.
— Fantine, for the love of resting in aliveness
The two
programs.
Each one stands on its own. Together, they bookend the week: an evening to unwind, a morning to begin.
Gentle FlowYoga Nidra & live music, beginner friendly
Aliveness comes from deep rest — nourishing the balance between work ethic and rest ethic. We'll spend our time together shaking off the stress of the week and the tension in the body: warming up and expanding with a gentle flow, finding genuine rest through Yoga Nidra, inspiration in live music, and nourishment in a Golden Latte before heading home.
11 September falls on a New Moon: a traditional time to rest, let go and set new intentions.
Includes a Golden Latte to go: better sleep, better digestion, glowing skin, heart health, fewer joint aches, stronger immunity, a clearer mind, and balanced hormones.
Yoga in the ParkSunrise session, beginner & advanced friendly
We start the day before the day begins. Honoring and celebrating the gift of nature we've been given, we open the body to receive the first rays of sunlight, for a blessed day ahead.
Free to attend, unlimited spots. Bring your own mat — and a friend, if you'd like — and arrive a few minutes early to find the group.
In case of rain or bad weather, we move indoors and are welcomed at the Art of Living Center — space there is limited to 20 participants.

Fantine's path to the mat began in dance — trained in ballet on a recommendation from the Royal Academy, before a competitive drive carried her into track and field, where she held the national record in Chile for long jump. She's been a working performer ever since: flying trapeze, fixed trapeze and Indian rope on the circus team at Club Med Brazil, a pop artist touring Brazil with Sony Music, and a yoga teacher since 2011.
Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, English and Dutch, she's led creative-leadership sessions at THNK, Amsterdam's school for creative leadership, for teams at FIFA, Booking.com, Shell and Johnson & Johnson. Her teaching draws on the Sri Sri School of Yoga tradition and the Art of Living's approach to breath and meditation, carried by a musician's instinct for pacing a room.
